Returns will be accepted as exchange only, no refunds will be issued. All food merchandise is guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. All claims must be made within twenty-four hours of receipt of shipment and a return authorization code will be issued by us through email or fax. No returns will be accepted without this return code. Returns will not be accepted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Please keep all packaging intact for returns and ship the items for exchange back to us within 48 hours, freight collect. Once claim is received and accepted by Acadian Sturgeon and Caviar Inc, we will automatically reship merchandise on our expense.
