Extravecchio Traditional Balsamic Vinegar


The traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena DOP extra old (Extravecchio) is aged in wooden barrels for at least 25 years, the colour is deep brown and limpid, the taste is intense, the fragrance is harmonic and persistent, with flavour of grass, hay and plum. The traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena DOP is different from the commercial balsamic vinegar, it is produced in a particular area, obtained from the juice of the Modenese grape from a vineyard that is over 150 years old, aged for at least 25 years in wooden barrels and bottled by the Consortium of the producers Antiche Acetaie.
